# CeyFi — full fact sheet > CeyFi is financial management software for people, businesses and organisations in Sri Lanka. It brings scattered money records — a payslip in your inbox, an SMS from the bank, a transfer screenshot in the family chat, a spreadsheet you meant to update — into one clear picture: what comes in, what goes out, what you owe, what you're owed. CeyFi is software for keeping financial records and making sense of them. It is not a bank or a licensed financial institution, it doesn't offer deposits, loans or investment advice, and it never holds the funds it describes. Records are entered by hand or imported from a bank statement CSV. Everything runs in your browser, on your own device. **CeyFi Business — coming soon.** Invoices with their status and what's still owed; payments matched to invoices including part-payments; dollars, pounds and rupees side by side; a cash-flow view you can walk your accountant through. Paid plans, priced by team size and volume — published before it opens. **CeyFi Orgs — coming soon.** Club treasury for schools, societies and chapter networks: dues and vouchered records in one set of books; claims reviewed before the treasurer pays; project budgets and sponsor funds kept in view; a signed handover when the committee changes. Everything that runs on your own device is free to use now. Features that need CeyFi's servers, such as syncing between devices or sharing with family, may come with a paid plan when they arrive — CeyFi will say so before you rely on them. **CeyFi Business** is coming soon. Plans will be priced by team size and volume, and published before it opens. **CeyFi Orgs** is coming soon. Prices will be announced before it opens. ## Every number has a source A figure is only as useful as your confidence in it. CeyFi shows where each record came from, when it was added and how far it has been checked, so an estimate never passes for a fact: - **Entered by you** (available) — you typed it in. Useful, and only as accurate as the note it came from. - **Imported from a statement** (available) — read from a bank or card statement you imported as a CSV file. - **Backed by a document** (planned) — a payslip, receipt or remittance advice is attached to the record. - **Confirmed by the other party** (planned) — the client, family member or colleague agreed it happened. - **Verified by a provider** (planned) — confirmed by a licensed bank or payment provider. Requires partners CeyFi doesn't have yet. A record in CeyFi describes money. It isn't a bank balance, and CeyFi never holds the funds it describes. ## Privacy - CeyFi Personal keeps your records in your own browser, on your own device. They aren't sent to CeyFi and CeyFi can't see them. - An AI agent cannot read, write or see a user's CeyFi records. Anything an agent does with CeyFi happens in conversation with the user, on the user's device. - CeyFi will never ask for your internet banking username or password. If bank connections are added in future, they will go through approved, permission-based channels the user can switch off. - Family members see only what you choose to share. CeyFi never sells personal data or uses financial details for advertising. ## Frequently asked questions **Q: What is CeyFi?** A: CeyFi is financial management software for people, businesses and organisations in Sri Lanka.
