02Receivables

In the demo

Who owes you, and since when.

Every invoice shows what was billed, what has come in and what is still owed. Overdue invoices say how late they are, so the follow-up call happens on day three, not day thirty.

Outstanding receivables are in the demo today. Creating and sending invoices is planned.

A seat for your accountant.

Give each person the access their job needs. A bookkeeper records; an accountant reviews; only the owner changes settings. Every record keeps a note of who added it.

What CeyFi Business isn't.

Better to say it now than after you've signed up.

  • Not a bank.

It doesn't hold your money or move it.

  • Not a payment processor.

Clients pay you the way they do today.

  • Not a full accounting system.

It keeps clean records your accountant can use.

  • Not payroll or tax filing.

EPF/ETF administration and tax may come later; they aren't here now.
